Template Messaging

Goal​

Fetch approved templates and send template messages through Nautix APIs after onboarding.

Typical endpoints​

  • GET /api/thirdparty/v1/templates
  • POST /api/thirdparty/v1/messages/template/send
  1. Resolve target tenant/user context through partner onboarding flow
  2. Fetch template catalog for that context
  3. Send test template message in sandbox
  4. Capture delivery status and correlation identifiers for support
